It was very complicated but Grégoire Barrère is always on the run to perform a hat trick in Play In Challenger of Lille. the top seed of the tournament sufferred to upset Czech Jonas Forejtek (ranked 326th) in three sets : 6-7, 6-3, 7-6. The French player, who remains on 16 victories in a row in Lille, will be opposed to another French this Saturday : Maxime Janvier (ranked 219th), who surprisingly ousted Arthur Rinderknech, one of the player in good shape in that beginning of the year, 6-4, 7-6.
The other semi-final will see Quentin Halys (ranked 214th), winner of Benjamin Bonzi (6-4, 6-3), who will be faced to Belgium Zizou Bergs (ranked 329th) who joined semi final after the withdrawal of Italian Andrea Arnaboldi, injured (4-2 in the first set).
