Inside Lille community, and oriented to enable as many people as possible to play tennis.
Aware of its social role in the heart of a popular district, Tennis Club Lillois Lille Métropole is pushing all along the year the discovery and the practise of tennis for children at school and those from outdoor activity centers. Kids’ days are a fantastic opportunity to put forward integration, citizenship and solidarity values, and at the same time associate your commitment to a prestigious event.
Its CSR policy
The club has put in place for many years actions aiming at promoting sustainable development integrated to event activity.
- All balls used during training and matches are collected into dedicated containers provided by French Tennis Federation. Members of the club can also put their own balls. They are then collected by regional ligues and a company is in charge of recycling them into exploitable granulars to give them a second life.
- Play In Challenger banned plastic bottles of water, replaced by Isotherme ones. Furthermore, in spaces dedicated to restauration and bars, usage of Ecocup and glasses is now preferred.
